If you subscribed and have not set a password yet, use the link in your confirmation email and set one in My account.

I want to cancel

In My account, «Cancel subscription». It takes two clicks and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

I was charged and did not expect it

The free trial lasts 3 days; when it ends the charge is €14.99 a month, VAT included. If you think there is a mistake, write to us and we will look into it.
