Who handles your data

NC Consultoría e Inversiones SL, as data controller. You can write to us at soporte@criandoraices.com.

What we collect

• Email and password, to give you access to your account.
• Your course progress, so you can pick up where you left off.
• Billing details, handled directly by Stripe.
• Where the visit came from (which ad), so we know what works. It is not used to profile you and it is not shared with third parties.

What we use it for

To run the service, manage your subscription and improve the platform. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for commercial purposes.

Processors

• Supabase — database hosting (European Union).
• Cloudflare — website delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, object to or request portability of your data by writing to soporte@criandoraices.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and, afterwards, for the legal periods that apply to invoicing. Criando Raíces deletes your learning progress when the account is deleted.
